Event Navigation

Fireking is a three-piece rock and roll band based in Boston, with roots in Detroit. Founding member Anthony Kaczynski(vocals/guitars). ex-Figures on a Beach, is joined by Drew Morrison and John Sheeran on bass guitar. and Jonathan Screnci on drums. They’ve just released their second album, “Double Trouble,” 22 songs of pure unadulterated rock. Check them out in a club near you!

The Grip Weeds

Sparkling, insanely catchy psyche-pop”: The Grip Weeds are a critically acclaimed Psychedelic Rock /Power Pop quartet consisting of brothers Kurt and Rick Reil (on drums and guitar respectively), Kristin Pinell (guitar) and Dave DeSantis (bass). Surrounded by their vintage equipment, this talented four-piece band records slices of perfect, radio-friendly guitar-pop, psychedelic enough to appeal to record junkies and Sixties-retro fans, but edgy enough to fit into a modern rock set.

They may have nicked their moniker from the surname of reclusive Rolling Stones drummer Charlie Watts, but this Boston foursome is a lot less gentlemanly, and a lot more loud. The band members do have one thing in common with their namesake, though: They too play in a band built on a bedrock of riff-powered songs that have as much to do with swagger as they do melody” – Jonathan Perry(The Boston Globe)”

Modern Day Idols

Modern Day Idols (MDI) are an indie pop-rock band formed in Boston in May 2011 by veteran Boston singer-songwriter Chris Wagner. MDI was born of the love for honest, memorable, melodic, and energetic rock and the collective desire to spread that love to all within earshot! MDI saw their live debut in the Fall of 2011 and following a short tour to refine their live act, spent Winter 2012 through Summer of 2013 hard at work recording new material at Q Division and Rocksalt Studios with producer Craig Small. The band’s debut CD titled “Almost Glad To See You,” was released on September 7, 2013, and MDI toured extensively to support the album through 2016 behind the album. After a recent creative hiatus, MDI have returned to live performances with a new line-up featuring Tony Savarino on guitar, Tommy Lada on Bass, and Steve Hart on drums. MDI are currently writing and gearing up to record a follow up album in the beginning of 2018! Stay tuned for more updates and news!
