Rose Hill Band
Noah Kesselman Band
Boston based Blues, Rock, and Soul Guitarist and singer songwriter.
Havins is an Alternative Americana band based in Boston, MA helmed by Singer-Songwriter Dillon Havins. Originally from Austin, TX, Dillon grew up listening to Texas Country, and he currently appreciates indie artists such as Bon Iver, Shakey Graves, and Ben Howard. His songs represent a fusion of these influences— best illustrated by a lyrical selection from his song “Elbows:” “I grew up in the country, under the big oak tree… now I spend my days in the city, studying poetry.” While attending Berklee College of Music, he crossed paths with his current band-mates, Tara Maggiulli, Wilson Reardon, Jay Yin, Philip Etherington, and Ryan Siegel. He also participated in season one of the ABC reboot of American Idol, and made it to Hollywood Week.
The Cotones are a Boston–based indie/alternative rock group. The band has played in and around the Boston area as well as up and down the east coast. Influenced by artists such as Queens of the Stone Age, Father John Misty, Led Zeppelin, Royal Blood, David Bowie, and the National, the Cotones strive to write songs that come from a genuine place of expressing their worldview while being able to entertain and catch the attention of their listeners. The band puts on an energetic, engaging, and diverse live show that will leave you wanting more. The subject matter of their lyrics spans from politics and mental health to love, hate, and the human condition. As people, they try not to take themselves too seriously, but to take what they do seriously. Their new anti-Trump single, “The Party’s Over”, is now available on Spotify, Apple Music, and all other major platforms.
Founded in the fall of 2018, SOVIET.JESUS.CHOIR is a six piece post-folk group set upon delivering thoughtful and provoking messages through heavy hitting arrangements. As a new group in Boston, they have already completed their debut album, CANDID, set to be released later on in 2019 and have been playing the city and its venues for the past 3 months. Their sound is equal parts rock, folk, alternative and heavy, with influences spanning from the 20th Century Folk movement to Classic Rock to modern day Freak Folk and beyond. The name, “SOVIET.JESUS.CHOIR”, was chosen for its collective connotations, and idealistic intentions; two themes that the group seeks to achieve in every rehearsal, every recording and every performance.
“We are six simple individuals, talented in our own right, but we six come together to create something that is at once so much bigger than us, and at the same time is Us.”
